Terms and Conditions
Ten percent deposit is required at time of booking for all transfers totalling £50.00 – £99.99
Fifteen percent deposit is required at time of booking for all transfers totalling £100.00 – £199.99
Twenty percent deposit is required at time of booking for all transfers totalling £200.00 – £400.00
All transfers in excess of £400.00 deposit required is entirely at our discretion
Ten percent deposit is required at time of booking for all half day tours.
Fifteen percent deposit is required at time of booking for full day tours.
We reserve the right to request payment of deposit different to those displayed above or payment in full at time of booking, for bookings during busy periods.
Cancellations and Refunds
We at DMG Travel shall only cancel transfers/tours due to circumstances which are outside of our control
If we do have to cancel your transfer/tour in these circumstances, then we shall always refund the full sum of all monies paid.
If the customer chooses to cancel the transfer/tour, then this must be via e-mail to our offices and we shall consider the date of cancellation to be that when the e-mail is received by us.
In the event of a customer cancelling a transfer/tour, then there will be a charge for cancellation as detailed below and these shall be payable by the customer.
Cancellation Charges for all Transfers and Tours
Cancellations received more than 72 hours (3 Days) days before the transfer/tour date – No Charge will be applied
Cancellations received between 48 hours and 72 hours (2 – 3 days) before the transfer/tour date- 10% deposit non-refundable
Cancellations received between 24 hours and 48 hours (1 – 2 days) before the transfer/tour departure – 15% deposit non-refundable
Cancellations received with less than 24 hours (1 day) notice before the tour/transfer departure time -refund entirely at our discretion
DMG Travel shall do everything reasonably possible to provide your tour itinerary and details as planned, the Company reserves the right to alter itineraries, and transport for whatever reason.
The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whose conduct or manner is likely to cause offence or upset to other passengers
In such cases full cancellation charges apply and the Company shall have no further liability to that passenger
DMG Travel does not accept any liability for loss or damage caused by any event outside of our control, including but not restricted to Industrial Disputes, Fires, Sickness, Weather Conditions, Road or Traffic Conditions, Temporary Technical, Mechanical or Electrical Breakdown
These conditions shall be construed and interpreted in accordance within the Law of Scotland and the Parties each submit to the jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
